Comfortable and clean rooms, included breakfast was just okay
The location was ideal, close to Isaberg. Checkin was easy and the employee was friendly. There was a nice coffee and tea bar on the second floor where you could make yourself a drink from the machine and you could even fill a water bottle with water to take with you on your daily adventures. There was also a glass jar with some butter cookies, nice touch. There was a bar on the property where you could sit and play a game of chess or pay for a pool table, darts, etc.
The breakfast buffet was raved about as being award winning but it was just okay, until they ran out of things half way through breakfast hours and that was not okay. They serve loaves of bread, lunch meats and cheeses, three pots of warm food...eggs in a puddle of liquid, tasteless bacon and the other had oatmeal. Then there was a hot holder with pancakes and a fruit crumble as well as a few dry cereals and yogurts. On our second morning, we arrived at 8:45 (breakfast served 7:30-10) and took some bread and lunchmeats. When we went up at 9am to enjoy some pancakes and crumble, we found that they had removed the pancake container and the crumble was empty. I asked the young lady if there was more and she replied in Swedish so I couldn't really understand and could only figure she meant they were out since she shook her head no. Another lady came out that appeared to be in charge (and not too happy) and she was rushing around checking things. I said to my boyfriend that it was sad they had run out of things already and she rudely added in that she had made 80 pancakes and there was no more to be had!! But another crumble was in the oven. They also cleared away the Nutella, jam and peanut butter that accompanied them and I asked if they could be put back out so I could at least have that on toast rather than more lunchmeat. The young lady searched and searched and finally found them. They could not be bothered by us, was really sad. They were clearing out as quickly as they could and partially cleared when we left at 9:15 and others had come in after us. Dinners were okay. They served a buffet of three pots of warm food like meat, veggie, potato. Second night was pasta and meat sauce and rice and a brown gravy. There was some cold salads available and bread as well.

Fantastic property near Isaberg
Very conveniently located to the isaberg ski slopes. The hotel room was well-designed and spacious. The beds were comfortable and there were adequate charging points for electronics.
The lighting in the rooms could have been better. The food at the restaurant had limited vegetarian options. However, the staff was kind enough to customize a pizza.
